Niuean Language Week

This week is Niuean Language Week. So my class and I had to do different sorts of tasks that are related to the Niuean culture. The task I chose was to draw the traditional Niuean flag.

Tuakana/Teina

Today our class had Tuakana/teina we had to make a game and present to year 1's and year 2's. We could only  use specific items for our game.

Food Technology- Chocolate Cake

WALT: We are learning to follow a recipe.

Last week for technology we made Chocolate Cake. We were split into three groups of 4 in my group there was Willy, TJ, Cavhyon and my self. Every time we do technology we make a DLO about it we couldn't finish it on time last week so me and Willy finished it together.

Typing Challenge

My friend Etai and I did a challenge  about a week ago on this typing game it is called 10 fast fingers. In this game  you have one minute to see how many words you can get correct and how many words you can get wrong. I got 60 correct and wrong 2.  P.s I did this about a week ago and forgot to blog it.

Matariki

Today we learned some more about Matariki  I have done a presentation about matariki I will achieve these goals by the end of the year hopefully.

Today My friend T.j and I were working on a reading task about Matariki. It was my first time hearing about Matariki I did some research about it and I know a few things now I hope you like our work.

XtraMaths

Today kia manawanui was introduced to an amazing game called Xtramath this game is all about learning or practising our basic facts ,challenging our teacher and completing our score.
